            RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

In the Fall of 2008 I traveled to Venice then to
Tuscany to paint and study with Colorado
artist, Stephen Quiller.

My painting "Venetian Mask" juried into the
2009 Louisiana Watercolor Society
International Show.

In March I studied with Yupo master, George
James, in Myrtle Beach, SC.

"Pushing the Envelope" juried into Southern
Watercolor Society's 2009 Regional Show
and I attended Charles Reid's workshop in
Columbus, GA.

Nine of my mannequin paintings are part of
the Four Seasons Exhibit on display in the
West Baton Rouge Museum of Art through
August, 2009.

To round out the year I am enrolled in a Tony
Couch workshop this October in Mobile.

Other notable artists I've had the good fortune
to study with include Linda Kemp, Karen
Vernon, Don Andrews, Tom Lynch, Doug
Walton, Keith Andry, and Susan Hotard.

My works have been featured twice on the
cover of "The Parish" magazine and selected
for the "Art in April" poster in St. Bernard and
the inaugural St. Rose DeLema Fair poster
in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

Please visit my web-page Galleries.  Most
works have sold and are included in private
and corporate collections in this country and
abroad.

A few originals are still available and I've
made giclee prints on canvas of "Venetian
Mask" and other popular pieces.
AFTER TWO YEARS OF PROCRASTINATION,
THIS WEBSITE WAS CREATED IN
FEBRUARY, 2007, WITH THE HELP OF
FELLOW ARTIST AND MOST PATIENT
FRIEND, DIANNE COCHRAN.

IMAGES IN THE GALLERIES ARE LARGE
FOR EASY VIEWING AND WILL BE
UPDATED AS I CREATE NEW PAINTINGS.

I AM STILL ENJOYING MY WATERCOLOR
JOURNEY AND TAKING EVERY
OPPORTUNITY FOR NEW ADVENTURES
AND TO LEARN EXCITING AND NEW
TECHNIQUES .

PLEASE CONTACT ME AT (504) 738-9318 IF
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.

THANKS FOR VISITING AND COME BACK
SOON.
